The Punta Rio Claro National Wildlife Refuge is a protected area located in Bahía Drake, Costa Rica. Unfortunately, I could not find any official website for this particular refuge. However, entrance to the park is free of charge and can be accessed during daylight hours.
In terms of attractions, visitors can enjoy hiking trails through the lush rainforest and along the pristine coastline. Wildlife enthusiasts can spot a variety of animals, including monkeys, sloths, iguanas, and a diverse range of bird species.
In the surrounding area, visitors can also explore the Corcovado National Park, which is known for its biodiversity and stunning landscapes. It is open daily from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, and tickets cost $15 for adults and $5 for children.
Another popular attraction is the Caño Island Biological Reserve, which is home to coral reefs, sea turtles, and a variety of marine life. Tours to the island can be arranged through local tour operators in Bahía Drake.
